If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the terms below to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns Details

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
  • No restocking fees will be applied.
  • Refund will be processed within 10 days after receiving your return.

If you need to initiate a return, simply email us at support@loviaralondon.store, and we’ll provide the necessary instructions.

It is not possible to return goods after these 30 days. Our refund policy is subject to the terms of service.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@loviaralondon.store.

  • Provide your full name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


Refunds

Exchanges

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel your order:

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you can initiate a return once it arrives.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and tagged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@loviaralondon.store 

If your return is accepted, you will have to ship the product back to our fulfillment center using Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If the product is not damaged and if the right item was sent, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees, if applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For any of these reasons, we will be responsible for the return shipping or restocking fees.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
