Where Is My Order Confirmation Email?
- We will send 2 emails after you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped.
How long before my order ships?
It takes 2 to 6 business days to process and ship your order after you place it, depending on inventory levels.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping usually takes 5 business days after we process it. We may delay your product by an extra 2 to 3 business days if we are low on stock.

Can I Change My Address?
In case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships.
